Happy Sunday to you! And a very Happy Valentine's Day to you too!

Love is in the air, or, at least it should be and that's what I'm chatting about today on the show. This week I was challenged with a lot of self-love tasks that threw me out of my comfort zone a bit. I found myself writing about why I wasn't loving myself to the fullest and even looking at myself in the mirror telling myself that I loved her.

Very powerful & moving types of exercises. And from these I knew that self-love needed to be the topic this week. With Valentine's Day today it's easy to seek for love outside of yourself and get upset when you don't find what you're looking for. We've all been there, even me.

But, today I want to turn those eyes inward and get full on the love from within. I want to talk about the importance of self-love and how to continue to show up for yourself. Even when you don't love yourself very much.
