Today's topic we're chatting about how to change some of your old habits. It happens, we get stuck in doing something or thinking something in ways that we always have. No sweat! But, if those actions or thoughts are no longer serving you, it's time to ditch them.
Changing your habits can be the key to really feeling your groove on your journey. In my personal journey (which I will discuss in an upcoming episode) I had to change many of my old habits. I even had to change some that I had no idea were affecting my path in a negative way. But after changing them I saw big results.
