I am a wellness & spiritual enthusiast & have restructured my life through the same principles I write and talk about within Lo Down Living. My journey began with delicious food that is full of just as many salads, veggies, protein & smoothies as it is pizzas, lattes, tacos, wine & popcorn. While balance is a diluted word these days, I believe in listening to what your body needs and moving forward in that guided direction.

These same principles are also used outside of the kitchen. Life throws so many things at you and it is easy to lose sight of the bigger picture. Lo Down Living is here to help you tune into your body and begin creating and living the life of your dreams.
